Hiring CFO for an FMCG company

1) He will be responsible for Serbia business and Plant

2) He will control the cost, statutory compliances, internal audit and create plus control the P&l of the business

3) He will interact with the local country authorities and liaison with them as per the specific country requirement

4) He will look after the commercial aspect of the business also like vendor reconciliation, vendor agreements, vendor payments and all other necessary due diligence

5) He will control the bank accounts and follow all FEMA related rules as per both the government policies

6) He should be well versed with the European standards of accounting
