- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources for the organization.

- Determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures in consultation with top management.

- Handled financial projects of atleast 3000 crores.

- Managing Investors' Relations

- Corporate Strategic Planning

- Business Restructuring ,Mergers & Acquisitions

- Treasury & Forex Management, Currency Risk Management

- Establishing sound Financial Management Framework

- Raising IPOs, Debts

- Private Equity & Due diligence

- Financial Reporting

- Corporate Law, Contracts Management & Negotiation

- Valuation- Business, Entity & Brands

- Driving cost controls measures & implementing systems leading to cost & overhead optimization

- Advising the CEO/Management on various Financial and Strategic issues

- Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills

- Highly motivated and self-driven individual with focus on excellence.

- Excellent communication and inter personal skills are a must.

- Ability to work under time pressures and deliver are some of the key characteristics required.
