Job Description:
About Us: Our Client runs a renowned restaurant chain dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, they have established themselves as a leader in the hospitality industry in Hyderabad.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Client's executive team and lead the financial management and planning functions of the restaurant chain. The CFO will play a key role in driving financial performance, managing risk, and supporting the growth and expansion of the business.
Responsibilities :
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives, optimize profitability, and drive sustainable growth.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process, develop financial forecasts, and provide analysis of financial performance and trends.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Capital Management: Manage capital structure, funding sources, and capital allocation decisions to support business initiatives and maximize shareholder value.
- Treasury Management: Oversee cash management, liquidity, and investments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Financial Operations: Ensure efficient and effective financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and evaluate investment opportunities for business expansion and diversification.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, regulators, and other external stakeholders, representing the company's financial interests.
Requirements:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in financial management and strategy development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
