Hiring for Chief Financial Officer for Leading FMCD Company @ Goa. CA with 15+ years of experience. With at least 5+ yrs of experience in leadership role with a large organisation. 

Qualification : CA 

Experience : Min 15 Years - 22 Years.

Job Description :

- Work with divisional head to ensure budget is met (apart from timely budget preparation).

- Ensure correct accounting practice as per accounting standards.

- Timely preparation of monthly MIS with insightful analysis.

- Must have adequate experience in both manufacturing & large branch operations.

- Project / Capital expenditure appraisals

- Treasury and working capital management.

- Handling direct & indirect tax for the division.

- The person must be well read not only in areas of commercial & taxation matters but also in current affairs, business affairs etc.

- Accounting, Audit, Compliance

- Governance, Risk, Company secretarial, Insurance, Contract reviews

- Develop the growth strategy to understand the various critical key drivers and funds requirement to support growth, and streamline processes.

- Engaging with multiple stakeholders in increasing different streams of revenue, Optimising cost generating and protecting cash flows
