About the Company

A fast growing fintech startup based at Pune. They have launched an app for Android and iOS users a year back. The apps help users to check and monitor their credit score and credit report. It is the only app that helps Indian consumers improve their credit score via an AI-based score planner. Their product offers first-time credit card users a virtual as well as a physical card to build a credit score.

They recently completed the series B funding thru' existing VCs & Angel investors.

Job Responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer :

- Drive the company's performance through robust financial planning & reporting

- Perform risk management by analysing the organization's liabilities and investments

- Decide on appropriate investment strategies based on cash & liquidity risks

- Evaluate and manage the organization's fundraising plans (including Debt and Equity) and capital structure

- Ensure appropriate cash flow for the organization's operations and growth

- Develop appropriate tax strategies

- Build a strong finance team with the right capabilities required for future growth

- Set up and oversee the technology roadmap for finance

Functional requirements :

- Have a strong background in handling the financials and financial strategy of a FinTech or an eCommerce startup.

- Have worked in a Start-up helping with Fund Raise (Series B, C, D etc.)

- Be adept in dealing with Banks and NBFCs in getting good Credit lines

- Be familiar with Company Secretarial and Corporate Legal aspects; Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

- Proven experience of having worked in a similar capacity in the earlier organizations

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

Education & Experience :

- Qualified CA with at least 15 - 18 years of experience
