Company : One of the fastest growing & well funded Fintech startup company based at Delhi/NCR. It is a digital platform which create a one-stop marketplace of financial products.

Role - Chief Financial Officer

Location - Delhi/NCR (we are ok with those who are open to travel here if not ready to relocate)

Experience- 15-22 years

(Max 46 years age)

Qualification - Qualified CA

CTC - upto 1.7 Cr

Mandatory Skills :

- Should be working as CFO/Chief Financial Officer in NBFC/Fintech start ups.

- Must have played active role in Fund raising (debt raise fund will be preferable).

- Young potential leader with pleasing personality

- Team player and excellent collaborator

- People manager with experience of managing medium to large teams.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for heading entire finance function for organization with playing key role in Investor Relations, Fund raising , Business Planning, Business finance, Commercial and Fund management

- Manage the company's financial planning

- Plan and perform risk management duties

- Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments

- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure

- Determine finance KPIs

- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable

- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers

- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors

- Prepare current reports

- Prepare and present forecasting reports

- Adhere to the law and company's policies
