Chief Financial Officer - FinTech - CA

Looking for a CFO for our Fintech client.

Responsiblilities:

- Opportunity to lead and build finance team for a highly successful fintech start-up

- Work closely with founders on various aspects related to business, operations, financials.

- Financial reporting: Provide weekly/monthly financial and management information reports, including budget vs actual.

- Taxation and audits: Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation. Liaise with external, internal, and statutory auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of financials

- Treasury management - Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions and return from the investment of idle funds

- Compliances: Ensure registrations and all regulatory and statutory compliances are in place. Ensure accurate statutory reporting to relevant authorities and related regulatory guidelines of Corporate law, GST, TDS, Labour laws, etc. Ensure legal and licensing compliances with periodic scanning of business model

The Successful candidate should:

- Be a CA with 15 to 20 years of work experience in the Financial Services domain particularly debt fund-raising

- Should ideally have experience working as a CFO / Dy. CFO / Treasury Head in the Fintech/NBFC space

- Should be a natural business partner, and be willing to go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs in a start-up environment
