They just turned 1. They have an opening in the following role : Role : Chief Financial Officer (Female Candidates ONLY & immediate joiners) Location: Flexible - Work from home or office (Gurgaon) Salary: Competitive to market + ESOPs What You'll Do : - Drive the company's short-term and long-term financial planning - Ensure cash flows are appropriate for the organization's operations - Prepare reliable current and forecasting report - Decide on treasury management strategy by considering cash and liquidity risks - Work along with the Founder's on the organization's fundraising plans - Manage vendor relationships - Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system - Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies - Manage a team of financial controllers and financial analysts - Assist in the evaluation of acquisition targets of the company.
