Responsibilities :

- Meticulous financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and transparency in financial disclosures.

- Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment to identify potential risks such as regulatory risks, market risks, operational risks, and financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Preparation of audited financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements that accurately reflect the company's financial position.

- Determine the optimal capital structure for the company and work with investment bankers to arrive at an appropriate valuation. Justify the company's valuation to potential investors and ensure that it reflects the company's growth prospects, financial performance, and market position.

- Work closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including securities laws, corporate governance standards, and disclosure obligations and navigate the complexities of the regulatory landscape.

- Establish effective investor relations processes to communicate with the existing and potential investors. Conduct roadshows, investor presentations, and one-on-one meetings to articulate the company's growth strategy, financial performance, and investment thesis.

- Strengthen internal controls and governance processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulatory standards. Implement robust financial reporting systems, internal audit functions, and corporate governance practices to safeguard the interests of shareholders.
