Job Description : Opportunity to lead the Finance Function for a leading Financial Services company in the Indian Market. The core focus of this role will be on FP&A, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic insights to guide decision-making.

Description :

1. Develop and implement the company's financial planning and analysis strategy, aligning it with the overall corporate objectives and long-term vision.

2. Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and achievable financial targets are set.
3. Drive the forecasting process, providing timely and accurate financial projections to support business planning and decision-making.
4. Develop robust financial models and scenarios to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
5. Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for executive management and the board of directors.
6. Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to the executive team, supporting strategic initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
7. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial objectives are integrated into business plans, driving alignment and accountability.
8. Oversee financial reporting and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and investors.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, evaluating their impact on the organization and providing proactive recommendations.

Profile :

- CA/MBA in Finance
- Proven track record of at least 12 years in financial leadership roles, with significant experience in FP&A within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional knowledge of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to influence and drive change at the executive level.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
