Job Title: Chief Finance Officer (FP&A Expert)  Overall Purpose Working closely with the MD- s, Development Manager and leadership team to provide stakeholders with forecast data, analysis and recommendations to realise the business's strategic goals.  The Key Responsibilities of this role :    Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis :  - Prepare consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyze trends.  - Financial and business related analysis and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, cost of sales, cash flow forecasting and working capital.  Data Modeling and MIS Management :  - Develop models to support company initiatives or financial decisions  - Preparation and maintenance of reports and plans.  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data - including presentations to senior management, board or external stake holders  Qualifications :  - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance + MBA /CA   - 10 years+ Experience as Heading Financial Planning and Analysis, CFO role  - Strong leadership skills required. Experience in multi-unit retail/restaurant concepts preferred  - Experienced: o in owning and modifying a financial model for re-forecasting and scenario analysis purposes o presenter of financial information both orally and written (PowerPoint)  - Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.  - Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated  - Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
