We are working on a mandate to hire CFO/Financial Controller for our start-up client in the car rental industry (self-drive) in Gurgaon.   Role description :   - Managing the day to day finances / accounts  - Timely preparation of monthly MIS and coming up with specific action items   - All taxation and regulatory compliances management   - Setting finance related policies and control mechanisms, and ensuring compliance to them  - Problem solving and proactively suggesting for costs / cash optimisation e.g. suggestions on how to reduce overall GST / tax liability  Type : High energy, Dynamic, Ability to push back and take a stand. Needs to be able to manage a team of 4-5 people. Strong problem solver.  Education: 1st attempt CA  By being a part of this company, you will be a part of the core management team as this start-up started operations in July 2015. They have their Corporate office in Gurgaon, a hub in Sector 17 and 3 hubs in Delhi. They have regional offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai and are now planning new offices in Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, and Mysore within next one month.
