Description

Your responsibilities will include:

- Strategy and exit planning

- Risk management

- Business planning

- Reporting

- Compliance

- Tax planning and legal issues

- Banking relationship

- Funding

- Internal controls

- Profit improvement

- Cash flow management

- Outsourcing

- Business partner and advise the CEO / Promoter

- Prepare a business for financial due diligence

Profile

You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience. Should be willing to work in a contractual/interim Finance role. You should have excellent Finance, Forecasting and Analysis skills. A leader with excellent team management and stakeholder management skills to successfully manage the role. You should have an in-depth understanding and direct exposure of key activities including Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Commercial Finance.
