Company Profile: Our client is a large, professionally managed, highly profitable, diversified (multi-divisional) MNC Engineering services organization-World Leaders in their field. Our clients are on an aggressive growth path and have recently acquired a number of organisations in related fields. Our clients seek to recruit a dynamic & experienced professional to lead the Finance function of the Company. The position is based in Mumbai & reports to the CEO. The position will have a team of F&A professionals reporting into it. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

Job/Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic professionals who will be responsible for the overall business finance function for South Asia Region, post-merger integration of acquired companies, compliance and reporting for the several SBUs, statutory and applied external accounting standards and principles.

We are looking for CAs aged 38-50 with 13 to 28 years experience including about 3-5 years of heading finance & accounts function in a multinational, diversified business environment with international business experience.

- Must have worked in multi-business units or diversified organizations.

- Must have exposure to post-merger integrations and due-diligence for M&As.

- Must be currently heading the Regional F+A function of a division of a company or the full company of an MNC organisation.

- Must have experience handling F&A for SAARC / Asean region. Must have led a number of change initiatives.
