Chief Financial Officer/Finance Head - CA/CPA - Real Estate/Infra/Mfg

- To manage and oversee Accounting and Finance, Investor Relations,Budgeting and Cashflow planning, Treasury, Company Secretarial, Project Costing, MIS & Commercial functions. Review, analyse, improve & monitor accounting/ financial management system, statutory compliances & funds management

- Oversee the staff that performs the Finance, Accounts, Company Secretarial, Costing,

- To Set up effective accounting controls and financial management. Review, analyse improve & monitor Accounting System to ensure that financial data is recorded accurately and timely and in accordance with accounting principles/ standards.

Treasury & Cash Flow Planning :

Investor Relations :

- Develop and execute corporate investor relations program

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the industry to accurately represent the Company to the investment community and analysts

- Monitor and report fluctuations in the shareholder base and make recommendations based on observations.

- Develop a network of wealth managers, institutions (research and investors) to support the investor relations strategy

Desired Profile :

- 15+ years of progressive experience in managing the strategic finance, investor reporting, accounting and compliance function for a major company or a SBU of a large business conglomerate

- Good networks and relationships in the investor community in India and key financial hubs such as Singapore, Hong Kong is desirable

- Candidates with experience in Companies listed on stock exchange in India will be given preference

- Technically sound across various areas of finance including taxation, Companies Act compliance and SEBI reporting for listed companies

- Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus. simple reporting

- Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have excellent written and oral communication skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or a Certified Public Accountant

- Articleship preferably with 'Big 5'

Working Conditions :

- The candidate will largely work in an office environment. Extensive travel for investor road shows, analyst meetings and JVs and alliances will be necessary.

Reporting :

- The candidate will have dual reporting to the CEO and Vice - Chairman. The candidate will supervise the Company Secretary, GM Finance, and Accounts and Finance Officers.
