Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Finance Head to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various financial aspects of our organization, including FP&A, cash flow management, short-term and long-term borrowings, fund management, investments, development of strategic business models, and identifying risks and deficiencies. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO/Finance Head will contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the company while ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

- Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing liquidity while minimizing financial risk.

- Develop and implement strategies for short-term and long-term borrowings, ensuring optimal capital structure and cost of funds.

- Oversee fund management activities, including investment portfolio management and capital allocation decisions.

- Drive the development of strategic business models to support revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

- Identify financial risks and deficiencies, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.

- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with upto [20] years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of leadership and strategic financial management, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding company values and standards.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting software/tools.
