Role - As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the company's growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including fundraising initiatives, IPO preparations, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business metrics, extensive experience in fundraising, IPO processes, investor relations, and a background in the retail industry.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Proven track record of successful fundraising and IPO experience in high-growth companies.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams.

- Prior experience in the retail industry or related sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising Experience:

- Lead fundraising efforts by identifying and pursuing various sources of capital, including venture capital, private equity, debt financing, and strategic partnerships.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding for the company's growth initiatives.

2. IPO Experience:

- Lead the company through the IPO process, working closely with legal, accounting, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Coordinate with external advisors and underwriters to ensure a successful IPO process.

3. Understanding of Business & Metrics:

- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the executive team and the board of directors.

- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

4. Investor Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.

- Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and key developments to investors through presentations, earnings calls, and meetings.

5. Startup Experience:

- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability in response to changing priorities and market conditions.
