Chief Financial Officer - EPC/O&G

Looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant who has been in CFO position for last 2-3 years and has handled a large team.

KRA's:

1. Should have experience in Construction Industry preferably EPC, Oil and Gas.

2. Should have experience of Construction Industry- Accounts of Subcontractors/Vendors.

3. Mobilization of Debt from Banks.

4. Mobilization of Private Equity.

5. Should have handled financing / facility fund raising arrangements from Bank.

6. Taxation / Compliance.

7. IPO listing Experience.

8. Finalization of Balance sheet
