Our Client is one of the leading Ed-tech start ups in India. We are looking for a Savy Finance professional who is keen to work in a fast growing organisation. Management, Planning, Strategy : - Candidate should have a strong FMCG/Start-up/Ed-tech Background. - Prior Fundraising experience is a must have. IPO experience is a Plus. - Implementation, maintenance, documentation and development of information systems to ensure that the business unit's transactions are recorded electronically and integrated with the financial systems of the company and support the operations. - Work together with the business unit's leadership team in the elaboration and execution of the annual budget, forecast, and strategic plan. - Lead the financial planning and the budget construction, assuring this process is focused in realistic but aggressive plans for the Business unit. - Consolidation of the business- financial information, focusing in the achievement of consistency and alignment with home office goals and policies. - Monitor actual performance against budget and provide a meaningful analysis of the same to the management, and implement corrective actions. - Preparation of MIS reports for review with respect to core functional areas; monitors KPIs and provides insightful observations and trends that can be used to drive business performance - Assess and evaluate the financial performance of organization with regard to annual and longterm operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. - Implement operational changes to improve financial performance of the business - Lead regular business and financial reviews with the unit/country senior staff, as well as homeoffice. - Excel at collaboration across the organizational structure and create a cohesive and aligned metric driven organization. Qualifications : 1. 10-20 years of experience with a strong background in FMCG/Start-up/Ed-tech space. 2. MBA Finance from a reputed B School/Qualified CA. 3. Fluent in English.
