Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a CFO to join our growing team and execute the growth plans of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for leading the financial and accounting operations of the company. This role will oversee the accounting and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the organization's financial performance. He/She will also manage the company's financial risk, cash flow, and financial reporting.

- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's objectives and goals.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, executive management, and investors.

- Manage the company's financial risk by identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

- Develop and manage the company's budget and financial forecasts.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making by executive management.

- Manage the company's cash flow, including overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Oversee the company's accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

- Lead and develop the finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.

- Develop financial KPIs, budgeting frameworks, and MIS models.

- Take P&L ownership and oversee cash flow and budget allocations for the organization

- Daily Fund management and deployment of excess funds

- Overseeing the payment reconciliations

Key Responsibilities :

- Payroll - Ensuring that the payroll is processed on time and the statutory payments (PF, ESIC, and TDS) are made within the due dates.

- Incentives - Ensure that incentives are timely paid out to various business units in accordance with the established frequency

- Validating the annual accounts of different entities within the corporate structure of the company

- To undertake risk management functions by analysing the organizations liabilities and investments

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Qualified CA with at least 15 years of total experience and at least 5 years of experience in senior leadership positions

- Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make recommendations based on findings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience in a public company and with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

- Exposure in handling IPOs, getting audits and due diligences by external consultants (Big 4 companies)

- Has experience working with Promoter driven company in the past or currently.

This role will report to the Co-Founder/CEO
