Chief Financial Officer - Education

1. Should have atleast 15 to 20 years experience in finance/Accounts management and should have experience of reporting to board and shareholders for atleast 5 years.

2. Raising equity/debt/multiple finance instruments for fund raise. Should have built business plans/annual operating plans/raised equity of USD 50mn and Debt of similar value

3. Should have rich experience in pitching to investors and closing deals

4. Budgeting/Cost control/Const analysis experience

5. Finance accounts management of atleast 500 Cr company

6. Cosec/legal experience in India/Singapore with rich Corporate governance experience

7. Reporting to Board and shareholders regularly and relationship management with them

8. ERP implementation experience or power user of ERP is a must

9. Should have handled multi currency revenues/filing of returns in multiple geographies

11. Audit experience would be a bonus

12. Should have excellent communication skills and vendor management skills.
