Apply only if you are a CA/MBA/CPA graduate from top colleges. Proven experience as chief finance officer or equivalent role with a growing start-up or a significant experience in investment bank.

The role of CFO goes beyond managing the company's finances. They are responsible for the path of growth, form new relationships, drive measurable value, and establish core financial processes and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the company's financial planning.

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.

- Cash Flow management.

- Manage vendor/franchisee relationships.

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.

- Manage investors and support in fundraising activities.

- Responsible for creating and enforcing accounting and finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.

- Publish monthly quarterly and annual P&L.

- Managing, and overseeing the Risk and Compliance Function.

- Maintaining internal controls and safeguards.

- Manage and oversee the function of the Company Secretary.

- Manage external annual audit working.
