- The chief financial officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial business strategy. As a member of the senior leadership team, CFO will be an advisor to CEO and other Functional Heads, evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and economic modelling. - Leading Finance & Accounts department and reporting to CEO. - Responsibilities includes Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance & Accounts, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), RBI Compliances, Audit function, Internal Financial Control, Presentation to ACM/BM for approval of Annual Budgets, quarterly results, and annual financial statement, Fund Management. - Responsibility also includes preparation of monthly financial statement, Bank reconciliation's, vendor payments, Salary processing, maintaining Fixed Assets Register, closure of daily Bank funding, Petty Cash management, liquidity management through ALM, Investments of Surplus funds, payments of direct and indirect taxation and its return filings, PF & PT payout & returns, Preparation of various RBI returns. Candidate Requisite : - Must be a Chartered accountant from ICAI - Expertise in FP&A, Finance & Accounts, Taxation, RBI Compliances, SEBI, Audits, MIS, Funds Management, Investor Relationship etc. Competencies & Skills: i.
