Chief Financial Officer - D2C

Providing strategic recommendations to the Management on investments and business growth decisions :

- Act as a financial counsel to the heads and evaluate strategic alliances

- Focus long-term business and financial planning and Cash flow management

- Prepare Budgeted vs Actual Expenses variance report with cost centre allocation and analysis of the same for management.

- Identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investors, banks, financial partners and auditors, explore and actively contribute in fund raising options for the business

- Prepare various MIS as per schedules of reporting and report to the management.

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Establish and optimise finance operational strategies and ensure best business practices to reduce business risk and meet the overall objectives

- Lead accurate and timely preparation of financial forecasting, budgets, taxation, audits, documentations, business contracts

- Adherence to company operational procedures, policies, agreements, and compliances
