Chief Financial Officer - Cyber Security Firm

We are currently looking for a CFO for our client, a stealth mode cyber security company.

Years of experience : 15+ years

Location : Bangalore

Must have : 5+ years as a CFO

Qualification: CA, MBA Finance, or CPA graduate

Responsibilities:

- Project accounting, with special emphasis on Government business.

- Global accounting and book keeping.

- Statutory audit and various compliance - global.

- Proactive management of corporate structure - formation and management of more subsidiaries in different geographies.

- Moving the company into a different level of MIS - activity based budgeting and reporting at a granular level.

- Support to management on adhoc reporting needs.

- Transfer price management.
