Purpose of the role

As the Chief Financial Officer your role will be to take the organisation to IPO successfully. You will also manage multiple M&A processes, all the way from target identification to successful closure. You will handle all aspects of corporate finance including fund raising (both debt and equity) and financial planning and analysis.

Ideal candidate

As an ideal candidate you are a Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years' post qualification experience. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are capable of expertly managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You have taken an organisation through to an Initial Public Offering and possess varied find raising and financial planning experience
