Chief Financial Officer - Construction Industry

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and operations focusing on financial planning, risk management, and funding strategies, including preparing for an IPO.

Financial Strategy and Planning:

1.Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.

2. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

3. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team

Funding and IPO Preparation:

1. Develop and execute funding strategies, including equity and debt financing.

2. Lead the preparation for an IPO, including regulatory compliance, financial audits, and due diligence.

3. Manage relationships with investment banks, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders involved in the IPO process

Financial Management and Reporting:

1. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.

2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.

3. Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operations and growth

Risk Management:

1. Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.

2. Develop and implement robust risk management policies and procedures.

3. Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate governance standards

Investment and Capital Management:

1. Oversee investment activities, including capital allocation and financing decisions.

2. Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

3. Evaluate and execute strategic investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
