Chief Financial Officer - Construction/Industrial Products - CA

- Accountable to Board of Directors in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer.

- Strategic planning for the company.

- MIS, Budget, Finalization of Accounts. Receivables & Payables management.

- Fund raising (including non-fund based limits), Treasury/ Fund Management.

- All covenant & statutory compliances and dealing with Statutory/Internal auditors.

- Indirect Taxation.

- In-charge of costing function.

- In-charge of IT functions including SAP
