THE COMPANY : Leading Construction company

THE JOB :

- Heading the Finance & Accounts function of Engineering and Construction Division.

- Handle Project accounts & finance, Cash flow, multiple P&L, Budgeting, Costing, MIS, and taxation

- Manage regional accounts and corporate accounts

- Consolidation and reconciliation of accounts of various regions

- Statutory and Tax Auditors

- Debtors and creditors management

- Handling Bank Guarantee, loans, LC matters etc

- Compliance with all commercial terms of the contract

- Secretarial & ROC matters

- Legal & Contracts

THE CANDIDATE :

- CA with 25 to 30 years experience

- Industry: E&C, Construction, Infrastructure, Real estate

- Experience as detailed above
