Chief Financial Officer - Construction Firm

We have been retained to search for a CFO in Mumbai for an outstanding Infrastructure Investment Trust( InvITs).

The company got SEBI registered in 2014 and since then owns 32 operational SPVs largely in road and infra assets across the country and AAA rated. It offers attractive and stable returns with quarterly distribution. Current assets are valued at approx 12000 crores.

The vision is to be the most preferred partner with all stakeholders in creation of a quality pool of operational revenue generating infrastructure assets with creditable yield for their investors.

They are at a juncture where they will file for an IPO in next 6-7 months and the CFO will play an important role including investor relations and managing all aspects of business

1. Account and Audit

2. Taxation

3. Compliance

4. Fund raise via debt, NCD's and equity from banks and institutions

5. Investor relations

6. Board meeting

7. Existing connect and fund raise experience with the investors base like mutual funds, insurance, pension funds, foreign funds, family offices etc.

8. Evaluation of Acquisition of assets

9. Due diligence
