Chief Financial Officer - Construction Business

The CFO Heads the entire Finance Department of a leading organization in the field of Building Materials, with Manufacturing Units, Sales & Marketing across India.

- This Candidate would have the overall responsibility of guiding and managing the Finance function

- The Candidate will also be required to oversee all statutory and compliance requirements and interface with key personnel in the various departments.

- The Candidate will have overall responsibility ensure timely and accurate closing of the books of accounts.

- The Candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting periodic and monthly MIS Reports to the various departments and management.

- Manage the cash flows and P&L of the organization and work with various departments to set and Control key financial metrics of the company.

- Overseeing Company secretarial activities. Interfacing and maintaining relations with banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies. Working with banks to enhance limits as per company requirements.

- An ideal candidate would have experience in the Construction,manufacturing Industry, particularly Construction industry

- Minimum Tenure in each organization not less than three years

- Must be presently heading Finance or Accounts Function

- Must be an expert in MIS (Production/ Manufacturing/ New-Project aspects of MIS); MNC exposure is required

- Age strictly less than 45 years
