Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer - Technology Firm

Mandated to hire a CFO (Finance Business Partner) to lead finance, operations, legal and HR functions and for a leading Indian technology MNC

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide insights to define the strategy of the organization

- Manage investor relations

- To handle overall business planning - both long term and short term for the company and drive solid execution of key initiatives

- Develop operational processes to drive the long term sustainability of the organization

- Lead and drive solid business performance management framework, operational and financial metrics to drive the business growth

- Partner with the Leadership team and drive target setting and performance management of deliverables for achieving performance and objectives on a cross-functional basis

Profile:

An ideal candidate will have a finance head background

- Minimum 15-20 years related experience in a Technology company in a leadership role

- Substantial people leadership experience with a proven track-record of selecting and coaching professionals.
