Chief Financial Officer - Chemical/FMCG/Pharma - CA

Key roles and responsibilities:

a) Developing and implementing financial plans in-line with organisational vision and values

b) Formulating, implementing and monitoring all financial policies and procedures

c) Performing risk management by analysing the organizations liabilities and investments

d) Developing investment strategies by depending on cash and liquidity risks

e) Managing cash flow for seamless organizations operations

f) Ensure adherence to all compliance, statuary & legal requirements with the law, governing practices and company's policies

g) Prepare current and forecasting analysis and reports

Eligibility:

1.Strong credentials as CFO or equivalent role

2. Candidates with extensive experience in Manufacturing can apply, applicants having experience with Chemical/FMCG/Pharma will be preferred

3. In depth knowledge and proven track record in financial planning and control, working capital management, taxation, budgeting, costing, manufacturing

4.Candidate should be a CA with minimum 15 years of experience.

5.Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

6. Strong leadership, business acumen and strategic orientation
