CFO for a Fast growing startup

Job responsibilities :

- Controller functions- managing finance and accounts for an organization with production facility, branches etc.

- Investor relations, meetings with the Board

- Business plans for valuations and fund-raising through private equity

- Treasury functions, business plans & budgeting

Job requirements :

- CA with at least 10 years of work experience post-CA

- Experience in controllership function (preferably for an organization with manufacturing facility with branches across India )- this is essential

- Experience in raising funds through private equity and/or IPO / Nasdaq

- Experience in valuation and due diligence
