Chief Financial Officer - CA - Real Estate Conglomerate

We are looking for CFO for one of the largest Real Estate conglomerate in India. This position will be reporting to MD and CEO and will be based in Bangalore.

- Our client is looking for Young Finance professional preferably a CA with 15 + years of post qualification experience. He/She should have strong experience in Real Estate Industry.

- Salary will be between 1.5 Cr - 2.0 Cr per Annum.

- Fund raising through - (Working capital, Project finance, BG/LC, Suppliers credit, Equity and other forms of financing)

- Financial reporting, Cash management, Annual operating Budget plan presentations and MIS to the Board and Investors

- Structuring project contracts through JV and M&A, Insurance, Commercial, Risk Management, IFRS, Banking and FI relations, PE/Investor relations, Internal Controls/Internal Audits.

- Should strengthened the investor relations through timely and effective communications with the lenders, investors, stock analysts and other stakeholders.

- Reduced the Working Capital cycle for the Group through strengthening of collections and reduction of inventory time.

- Should effectively involved in the IPO of the Group's Associate till successful listing and monitored the post listing requirements.
