Position Title: CFO  Location: Bangalore  Role Summary:   Desired Candidate Profile:   - The successful candidate must possess demonstrated expertise in the areas of Management Accounting, Funds raising, MIS, Budgeting, working capital management and admin & personnel activities  - An experience in people intensive large manufacturing set ups, Engineering / Auto, companies is preferred.  - He should be good at cash flow planning based on business plans, liaison and interface with banks and project costing.  - The successful candidate will possess a keen acumen for business, strategic thinking and proven skills in building sound processes and systems.   - Candidates should have experience managing in a fast-growing business.  Job Description:  Candidate should be CA with experience in:  - Establish systems and controls for accounts, audits, financing, cash flows and financial processes, monitor adherence to controllership processes.  - Identify areas of improvements in all operations of the company including manufacturing and Set systems and processes to control and manage the financial and commercial operations.  - Prepare Budgets and manage cash flows to ensure efficient execution of plans, such that controls can be exercised for actual performance;  - Drive cost control measures across the organization.  - Manage accounting systems and book keeping for all financial and commercial matters. Supervise key activities such that MIS, Budgeting and Costing activities  - Direct and review project costing and accounting to ensure complete controllership and profitability analyses of projects.  - Conduct financial and variance analyses with respect to operations. To do a thorough variance analyses and corrective action.
