- MBA Finance from reputed institutes

- Bachelor's degree commerce / economics

- Excellent Negotiation Skills

Roles and responsibilities :

- 15 to 20 years of experience in formulating company's future financial strategy and direction

- Create Financial performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

- Create financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital and budgeting processes

- Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments

- Complete understanding of IPO process, led successful IPO process

- Invest funds

- Ability to conduct diligence and negotiate acquisitions
