Chief Financial Officer - CA - Manufacturing Unit

CA with 15+ years experience in any manufacturing company.

Must have minimum 5 years experience in management role.

Responsibility of Finance, Accounts, commercial functions.

Financial Planning, Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting,

Establishing systems and procedures,

Implementation of modern accounting system,

Working capital management and fund management,

Performance review and advising management,

Strong in Direct and Indirect taxation, Laws and Compliance

Budgetary control, Internal Control, Cost control,

Liaison with banks and external authorities.

Working on ERP environment.

Reporting to COO.

Candidates working in German MNCs or worked in Germany will be preferred.

Immediate joiners most welcome.

Age - Should not be more than 45 Years.
