Job Description:

Expenses

- Anchor the process of business planning and creating realistic budgets for all divisions with an objective of limiting expenditure to a percentage of Sales

- Prepare norms of allocation of expenses across divisions

- Direct the resources to identify areas of excess expenditure and suggest means of controlling them

Inventory

- Direct the resources for monitoring stock levels against set norms and identify means of reducing the same

Raw Material consumption

- Analyze RMC and provide intelligence to Sales Heads to work towards reducing it

Debtors

- Direct resources to conduct ledger reconciliation and resolve any issue with customer pertaining to payments

- Identify sticky debts and plan with respective business heads to mitigate them

Interest Cost

- Reduce interest cost by reducing working capital requirement by negotiating lower capital cost with banks

Compliance

- Lead the process of all statutory, banking, tax and other audits as required by statutory or other provisions

Treasury

- Minimize Forex losses through effective market study and predictions

Other finance

- P&L statement

- Bank reconciliation

- Petty cash

- Salary, advance, loan disbursement, etc

- Managing the finance & production accounts team

Candidate Requirement:

CA, SAP knowledge/user - mandatory

At least 14-18 years of experience

Jewellery &/or Manufacturing industry experience
