Chief Financial Officer - CA - Manufacturing

Responsibilities :

- Financial strategy for the company

- Financial and Budget Management

- Management Reporting

- Compliance and governance

- Compliance to direct and indirect tax laws

- Inorganic growth initiatives

- Taxation

Education / Experience/ Knowledge and Skill requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of work experience in core finance in Manufacturing

- Must have handled all key areas of Corporate Finance including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Direct and Indirect taxation

- At least 3 years in a leadership role in Corporate Finance in a manufacturing organization with a turnover in the range of around INR 100-400 crores

- Competence and working experience in ERP

- MBA in Finance would be a desirable qualification
