Our client is a leading product development company, looking for a Chief Financial Officer, responsible for developing 5 years strategic business plans & budgets for the company’s growth agenda & subsequently follow up on quarter on quarter and accomplish the yearly plan. Business partner to the MD and monitor these strategic plans which will have to be converted into Annual Operating Plans aligned with company’s long term strategies.

The role will also be responsible for:

- Complete oversight on the Treasury across various geographies and will be responsible for the entire cash flow management including tracking of global currency Market & Trends.

- Look for future M&As opportunities. The incumbent must therefore have prior background having led M&As globally, particularly in US & UK markets since he will lead this centrally.

- He will be expected to actively formulate M&A strategy & advice the Board on M&A & of Joint Ventures if any.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Create a robust financial plan for the company.

- He would be required to do rigorous review of AOPs at regular intervals and would also be required to play an active role in various Analysis and reporting of the same to MD.

- He would partner the MD in the KPIs setting and review all operating divisions / also suggest remedial actions wherever needed.

Ideal Candidate:

- A Chartered Accountant, with good academic track record with around 20 years of experience, of which at least 5 years as CFO of a company which has multi-geographical operations.

- Should have strong experience in M&As.

- Should have knowledge of US & Indian GAP, UK standards, SOX.

- Should have past experience in Compliance & overseeing IT.

- Should have strong Leadership Skills with good people orientation.

- Should be able to lead & inspire Global Finance Teams.

- Should have worked in multi-cultural teams.

- Should be a good team player.

- Should have experience in working with top management and Board of Directors.

- Age around 45 years

- Experience in treasury, ERP implementation, Taxation, Commercial management & providing strategic support in business is highly desirable.
