Skills Required: Budget Forecasts, Financial Analysis, Financial Risk, Accounting, Financial Mgmt, Budget Analysis, IPO, Financial Planning, Financial Modeling, Mergers & Acquisitions   CA & 10 + years experience / CA is mandatory   - In a CFO capacity, have you worked in IT Product or Consumer Business -   - Have you been a part of successful IPO -   - Have you been a part of M&A process -   If your answer is a resounding YES, then You are Invited!   - Relevant industry skill-sets / understanding of the governing laws and taxes.   - Potential M&A Experience would be a preference, not mandatory.   - IPO experience / public company reporting experience is preferable in cases where the company is on route to IPO in a 18-24 month time frame.   - The incumbent will be responsible for Company's financial and fiscal management aspects, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting efforts.   - He/she will be a part of the senior management team working closely with the CEO and the board, charting the company's future.   Business Plan projections and budgeting :   - Play a key role in the business decisions by understanding the business relevant metrics and carrying out financial analysis   - Ability to take a contrarian view to the CEO and ensure the right fiscal decisions are taken.   - Budgeting top down and bottom up and stretch wherever there is opportunity. Publish monthly P&L statements.   Cash flow management :   - Fund raising and investor relationship.   - Own the fund raising process through PEs, Banks, Notes, NBFCs etc.   - Work towards IPO listing. Manage relationship with investors /lenders and provide ongoing reports.   Financial reporting & statutory compliance :   - Provide daily/weekly/monthly/fortnightly sales report and budget Vs actual   - Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliance and timely,adequate controls and accurate book keeping   Taxation :   - Develop appropriate processes to reduce tax burden   - Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation   Ideal Candidate :   Education: C.A with demonstrated experience in heading the finance   Experience :   - Minimum 10-20 years in controller / CFO role in a corporate preferably from IT Product /eCommerce / IT Services organizations   - Have or acquire a deep understanding of how new age internet businesses work and the unique nature of cash flow in the same so as to identify early the levers of growth / alarm signals.   - Experience of working in a startup will be an added advantage.   - Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership   - Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking and self-driven leader   - Highly ambitious with strong interests in the internet/ e-commerce industry   - Potential M&A Experience would be a preference, not mandatory.   - IPO experience / public company reporting experience is preferable in cases where the company is on route to IPO in a 18-24 month time frame.
