Job Summary:

The senior person in a company, with overall responsibility for the finance functions. Overall financial management and planning of all aspects of the finance & accounts of the company (or profit center) including organization, responsibilities, resources, audits, budget, cost analysis and cost control, systems, management reporting, statutory/legal/contractual compliance, and so that objectives can be achieved and risks kept to a minimum.

Location : Chennai (HO)

Position Requirements

CA/ICWA/ACS

Recognized post graduation in Finance is preferred

Exp: 15 -20 Yrs (10 years relevant experience)

Responsibilities will include the following:

- Accounts, taxation and all legal matters;

- All aspects of banking arrangements with local and international banks;

- Financing (bonds, insurances, cash flow, forex, VSLI etc);

- All aspects of IT resources, support, management and maintenance;

- Project controls including cost control, MOR, Actua etc;

- Support other Chennai head office Department Heads and Project Managers in their role as required;

- Coordination, cooperation and open communication with other Project Managers and Chennai head office Department Heads.
