Chief Financial Officer - CA - Hospital

We are looking for a CFO for a leading international Hospital in abroad location.

Job Description:

- Formulate and Drive Financial Strategy/Planning/Budgeting/Financial Decision Making in line with Business Goals.

- Analyse old data and work with Leadership Team to arrive at Hospital Goals and Objectives.

- Proactively analyse Hospital performance, trends, ROI to assist MD, CEO and GM HR to set KPI for Departments and Staff.

- Monitors capital asset expenditures and depreciation; prepares annual operating budgets with input and involvement at the departmental level.

- Maintains effective revenue cycle processes to keep patient accounts receivable at an acceptable level and also increasing the hospital's cash flow.

- Drive Product Costings, Cash Flows, Collections, Line of Credit, Treasury, banking relations.

- Drive Taxation, Internal Controls, Audits, Risk Management, Compliance. IT Filing and Contracts.

- Financial Control and Reporting to CEO, stakeholders and board members.

- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results, analyzing variances, developing improvements.

- Support the Board with data, Financial MIS and Financial insights for Strategic Initiatives.

- Drive Fund Raising, Valuations, M&A and Stock Exchange Listing.

- Collaborate with Auditors to provide a seamless interface.

- Drive continuous improvements in Accounting Systems and Financial Reporting as per regulations.

- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.

- Provide support to Company Secretary.

- Built and develop a top performing Finance Team.

Note: Preferably Male Candidates, Hospitals Background. CA is a must.
