About Client :

My client is a Leading hospital network in India that focuses only on Tier II and Tier III towns. It provides affordable and accessible healthcare services to a segment of the population which would otherwise have to go to a bigger city and spend much more in terms of money, time and travel.

They operates across 9 hospitals in Karnataka/Andhra Pradesh and has 700+ Dedicated Professional.

Position :

CFO will spear-head the finance and accounting functions of the whole organisation. This is an extremely critical role as all financial accounting, record keeping, statutory, tax and regulatory reporting and compliance.

Reports : CEO

Looking for passionate :

- CA with around 10-15 years of experience in an organization having responsibilities for multiple geographical locations.

- Strong strategic mindset but very hands on as well.

- Must be open to travel & Fluency in Kannada (local language) preferred.

Responsibilities:

As Head Finance and Operations:

Corporate Planning and Strategy:

- Develop the Corporate Business Plan- Financial and Sales

-Strategize the branch development activity based on the value, cost and profit drivers.

- Responsible for driving Internal Audits defining the organization risk parameters.

- Finance, Audit, Tax and Compliance

- Treasury management of company's investment as per guidelines

- Experience in Financial, Corporate & Strategy Planning, Funds Raising & Management, Financial Control Project Management and MIS report analysis.

- Budgeting & planning initiatives, streamlining procedures, achieving financial discipline and enhancing the overall efficiency of the organization.

- Due Diligence, Feasibility Study & Review of the new projects, Investments & M&A. Funds

Mobilization/Project Implementation :

- Setting up of new operations/projects including project reports, arranging for the funds and execution of the project.

- Analyzing various capital expenditure proposals to check financial viability & other implications.
