The company is looking for a CFO who has experience in working with a fast growing organisation and additionally can help take the organisation to the next level in terms of their growth plans. He should have hands on experience in building controls, systems, processes from scratch and should have demonstrated work experience in implementation of ERP.

An ideal candidate will be someone who:

- Comes from a product + manufacturing background

- Can work with global stakeholders

- Can lead an acquisition process and manage relations with a PE firm

- Has hands on experience in building controls, systems, processes from scratch.

- Can implement SAP

- Can work a fast growing organisation

- Can help take the organisation to the next level in terms of their growth plans.

- Can work with a fast growing organisation

- Is Expected to work as a business partner to manage the relationships and to evaluate opportunities to grow.

- This person will have the opportunity to build his own team in finance.
