MIS & Financial Reporting

Financial Control

Financial Accounting

Taxation -direct and indirect

Indian GAAP and IFRS

Co-ordination with Internal and external auditors

Budgeting and forecasting

Working knowledge of banking

Business Partnering, business reviews

Commercial Finance

- Support Due Diligence initiatives, wherever needed

- Business Development and Customer Profitability Analysis

- Deliver on the companies key financial KPIs such as working capital and cash flow

- Strategic Finance

- Strategic Planning Process

Skills Required :

- Strong character, integrity and ethics

- Professional with strong overall business acumen

- High level attention to detail; well organized

- Strong ERP and financial reporting software experience:

- Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines in a fast paced business environment

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills; capable of clearly articulating thoughts

- Effective team player who interacts well with others

- Occasional travel
