Chief Financial Officer - CA - FMCG/Food/Manufacturing

We are looking to hire a seasoned finance professional to lead the finance function for a major player in the consumer goods segment.

You would play a major role in supporting the MD in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the development and execution of business strategies.

Managing a highly diverse team of finance professionals you would develop and monitor the capital expenditure, prepare the financial budgets for presenting to the leadership team.

Deep dive into the financial planning, due dilligence for any major projects, acquisitions, launches, capacity enhancement etc.

Experience in the food/ beverage industry is an advantage as you need to hit the ground running.

Improve and monitor the Internal Audit policies and procedures of the group on a regular basis.

Negotiate with banks on pricing and tenure for working capital financing.

Develop annual budgets

What you "MUST HAVE " in your education, skill set & experience chart is as follows ......

- Chartered accountant, ACCA, ACMA and a finance degree from an accredited business school

- Prior experience in the FMCG / food production industry

- 15-20 years of work experience

- Must have had a proven track record of leading a Finance team.

- Must have a proven track record of developing Finance Process's (ie IT systems, cash collecting etc)

- Must have led/ managed/ trained/recruited a multi-cultural finance team.

- Must have managed a sizeable finance team, preferably more than 50, with in depth knowledge of IFRS .
