Overall responsibility of the Business, in parallel with the CEO to drive Finance and Business administration activities along with strategy and IT. Responsibility includes providing financial inputs and structuring the optimised capital structure for various investment decision.  2. Should be a brand ambassador of the organisation and have the ability to manage Investors & Regulators effectively   3. Overview financial accounting, audit, risk and statutory compliance - preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory audit from a listed entity perspective.   4. Budget & Forecasting - coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts, and report variances. To develop the MIS structure (dashboards) as may be required by the management  5. Risk management - ensure coverage against financial as well as operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies.  6. Compliance for direct and indirect tax requirements, GST, secretarial, legal, and other statutory compliance.  7. Systems & Processes would be an integral part of the role; ability to set up systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigants to be put into place.  8. Ability to manage multiple Banking/ NBFC relationships for effective fund raising. Possess ability to design & deliver innovative financing solutions for managing expansion  Within the business:  9. Monitoring of key business indicators and highlighting variations to the CEO/operating teams and working with them to ensure corrective actions are implemented   10. Preparing the organisation for 2 - 3 x growth in coming 3 - 5 years, enabling business growth and margin improvements.  Relevant Experience :   1. A Chartered accountant with 14+ years of experience is a must for this role  2. MBA equivalent qualification along with CA degree would be an added advantage.   3. Strong business orientation; ability to manage a fast paced listed entity  4. Ability to effectively build a strong brand within the Investor community  5. A candidate with ability to efficiently manage Banking & FIs relations and fund raising experience would be an added advantage  6. Need to come from a fast paced, growth oriented platforms  7.
