Chief Financial Officer - CA/CPA - Hospitality/Travel

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is a hands on, strategic partner to the CEO and a key executive on the leadership team. As a key member of the team, he will be expected to establish best practices and influence and implement new ideas and initiatives across the business, including finance and accounting, human resources and operations.

Responsibilities :

- Optimize the financial performance of the company,

- Assist in developing an International Standard Automated Financial Reporting Systems,

- Managing the company's relationship with financial institutions,

- Initiate the Corporate Governance (as per the requirements and guidelines of the Saudi Capital Market Authority),

- Preparing the company for IPO

- Direct the entire IPO process, including administrative duties, communicating with underwriters and legal counsel, and working with auditors.

- Manage public reporting, closing the books, positioning financial results to the Investment Community and, most importantly, delivering accurate financials on a timely basis.

Candidate Profile :

- CA or CPA preferred.

- Experience working in a senior finance leadership role for a dynamic, rapidly growing company and proven success building the required infrastructure to support the business scaling

- Prior experience as a member of the Finance Team that has preferably had experience in managing an IPO.

- Familiarity with - how- to implement/apply Corporate Governance for unlisted companies.

- All else being equal, some experience in the travel industry would be highly desirable.
